How Long Is The New Spider-man Movie No Way Home

How Long Is The New Spider-man Movie No Way Home

Okay, let's talk about Spider-Man: No Way Home. Specifically, its length. Buckle up, because this might be an unpopular opinion.

Seriously, did anyone else feel like they aged a decade watching it? I love Spidey as much as the next person.

But good grief, that movie was long. Really, really long. Like, longer-than-my-to-do-list long.

How Long Was It Anyway?

For the record, No Way Home clocks in at around 2 hours and 28 minutes. Add in previews, and you're basically dedicating three hours of your life.

Three hours! That's a small nap, a whole baking project, or like, half a season of your favorite show.

Don't get me wrong; some of that time was well-spent. Nostalgia, action, Peter Parker angst... it was all there.

The Mid-Movie Bathroom Break Debacle

But let’s be real. Who didn't desperately need a bathroom break halfway through? The suspense of missing a crucial plot point was real.

Trying to tiptoe past everyone in the dark felt like an Olympic sport. A silent, bladder-control-fueled Olympic sport.

And what if you did miss something important? Cue frantic whispers to your friend trying to catch you up.

Was It Too Long? (My Unpopular Opinion)

Okay, here it is: yes, I think it was too long. There, I said it! Don't @ me!

Could some scenes have been trimmed? Absolutely. Did every single cameo need that much screen time? Probably not.

Look, I appreciate the effort. I really do. But sometimes, less is more, people. Think of it as a delicious pizza... too many toppings and the crust collapses!

The Cameos: Delicious Topping or Crust-Collapsing Excess?

Speaking of cameos, I loved seeing Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield suit up again.

It was a genuine, heartwarming moment. But did they really need that extended conversation about back pain?

Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating. But you get my point. A little bit of cameo goes a long way.

In Defense of Shorter Movies

I'm not saying every movie needs to be 90 minutes. But a little editing never hurt anyone. Right?

Imagine how much better the pacing could have been. Imagine how much less leg cramping there would have been.

Think of the children! Think of their tiny bladders!

Besides, a shorter movie leaves more time for snacks. And isn’t that what going to the movies is really all about?

The Verdict? Still Loved It (Mostly)

Despite my complaints, I still enjoyed No Way Home. It was a fun, emotional rollercoaster.

But next time, Marvel, please consider the audience’s collective attention span. And bladders.

Maybe throw in a designated "pee break" during the really long ones. Just a thought!

Ultimately, the movie's length didn't ruin the experience. It just made it...an endurance test. A heroic one, befitting Spider-Man himself.

So, did you think it was too long? Or am I just a crazy person who needs more Spider-Man in their life?

Let me know in the comments. But be nice! Remember, we’re all just trying to survive these epic superhero sagas.
