How Long Is The Movie Spider Man Far From Home

Okay, let's talk about Spider-Man: Far From Home. We all love Spidey, right?

But let's be honest, does anyone else think it felt... long?

Everyone says Far From Home is about 2 hours and 9 minutes. That's what Google tells you anyway.

That includes the credits, of course. And those ever-important post-credit scenes. We can't forget those!

Here's the thing. Superhero movie time isn't real time. It’s like dog years, but for action sequences.

Seriously, have you ever been completely absorbed in a film and it just whizzes by? Or the opposite?

For me, Spider-Man: Far From Home felt more like 3 hours. Maybe 4. I may be exaggerating. Slightly.

Don't get me wrong, the movie was good! Tom Holland is a fantastic Spider-Man.

But there were parts... parts that just dragged. Anyone else feel that way?

Maybe it was the European vacation scenes. Pretty scenery, sure. But did we really need that much sightseeing?

Or maybe it was the whole Mysterio deception. It was clever, no doubt. But the reveal felt... prolonged.

I found myself checking my watch. Which is a cardinal sin, I know!

Think about it. You're in a packed theater. The AC is struggling. You've already had a giant soda.

Suddenly, 2 hours and 9 minutes feels like an eternity! Especially when you gotta pee.

Am I alone in this? Please tell me I'm not alone!

Look, I get it. Marvel movies are events. They’re supposed to be epic.

And epic often means long. We’re used to it by now.

But sometimes, I wish they’d trim the fat a little. Keep the action, ditch the fluff.

Imagine a tighter, more focused Spider-Man movie. Less travelogue, more web-slinging.

More witty banter, less teenage angst (okay, maybe a little angst).

Wouldn’t that be amazing? Or am I just dreaming?

Ultimately, I enjoyed Spider-Man: Far From Home. It had great moments. It was fun.

But the next time I watch it, I might fast-forward through a few scenes. Just saying.
