Tap their name at the top of the screen. You'll see a magical "Share My Location" button staring right back at you.

Press it! Now, decide how long you want to be a digital breadcrumb trail. Choose between sharing for an hour, until the end of the day, or indefinitely (use this power wisely!).

And voila! Your location is now being broadcast like a pop star's concert.

Bonus points: You can also do this from the Find My app if you want to be all official and organized. Because who doesn't love an organized digital life?

Android (aka, The Land of Options!)

Ah, Android! Where customization reigns supreme and there are approximately 17 different ways to do the same thing. But don't worry, we'll pick the easiest.

The quickest route? Head to Google Maps. This app probably knows you better than your own mother anyway.

Tap your profile picture in the upper right corner. Select "Location sharing."

Pick your sharing duration. Remember, sharing forever might seem romantic, but it could get awkward when you’re buying that third donut.

Choose who you want to share with. Your bestie, your partner, your grandma… the possibilities are endless! (Just kidding, maybe skip grandma this time).

Another avenue is through Google Contacts! Find the person, tap "Edit contact," then "Share contact," and you can grant them access to your real-time whereabouts.

A Word of Caution (Because Adulting)
