Game Of Thrones Season 4 Episode 1 Cast

Familiar Faces, Fresh Troubles in "Two Swords"
Okay, let’s jump back into Westeros with "Two Swords," the kick-off to Game of Thrones Season 4! Remember everyone? It's like catching up with that family you only see once a year, but instead of awkward small talk, they're battling for the Iron Throne.
We're checking in on all our favorites, or at least the ones still breathing.
The Lannisters: A Family Affair (of Scheming)
First up, King Joffrey, played by Jack Gleeson. Yep, still awful. He's strutting around, being the worst, and generally making everyone's life miserable. Cersei, portrayed by Lena Headey, is still brilliantly terrifying and constantly sipping wine.
Must Read
Oh, and Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) is back in King's Landing, rocking the one-hand look. He’s trying to adjust to life back home, but things are, well, complicated, as always. He even gets a shiny new golden hand!
Across the Narrow Sea: Dragon Mommy's Growing Up
Daenerys Targaryen, our beloved Khaleesi (Emilia Clarke), is in Meereen. She’s dealing with ruling a city and the ever-growing problems that come with it. Plus, her dragons are basically teenagers now – moody, destructive, and refusing to listen to anyone.

Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) is still loyally by her side, even though his feelings are about as subtle as a dragon’s roar. And Daario Naharis (then played by Michiel Huisman, taking over for Ed Skrein) is there, being charming and flirty, much to Jorah's dismay.
North of the Wall: Trouble Brewing
Jon Snow (Kit Harington) is back at Castle Black. He’s facing some tough questions from the Night's Watch about his time with the Wildlings. Talk about an awkward debriefing!
And Ygritte (Rose Leslie) is out there somewhere, probably sharpening her arrows and plotting revenge. “You know nothing, Jon Snow,” still echoing in his ears, no doubt.

The Hound and Arya: An Unlikely Road Trip
One of the most surprisingly heartwarming (and violent) duos, Sandor Clegane (Rory McCann) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) are on the road. He's still gruff and cynical, while she's getting increasingly skilled with her sword, "Needle."
Their banter is top-notch, and you can't help but root for this unlikely pair, even if their methods are a little...unconventional. There's a tavern brawl in this episode that really sets the tone for their adventures. You’ll see Arya’s starting to become quite the little badass!

The Prince of Dorne Arrives!
Introducing the awesome Pedro Pascal as Oberyn Martell! He arrives in King's Landing with his paramour Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma) in tow. They bring some much needed... excitement to the capital.
Oberyn is there for Joffrey's wedding, but he has a few personal scores to settle too, of course. He's charming, witty, and definitely not someone you want to cross.
"Two Swords" is all about setting the stage for the drama to come.
We're reintroduced to our players, and the various conflicts are simmering just below the surface. Get ready for a wild ride! This season is packed with betrayals, battles, and, of course, plenty of shocking moments. So buckle up, and enjoy the chaos!
