Emmet Brickowski is still the heart of the story. He's optimistic to a fault. We should admire that.

Yes, he's naive. Yes, he's sometimes completely oblivious to danger. But that's what makes him... Emmet!

His unwavering belief in the power of friendship is actually pretty heartwarming. It is a good example to our kids (and to us!).

The Songs Are Still Stuck in My Head (Help!)

Okay, maybe "Catchy Song" is TOO catchy. It might get annoying. But that's the point, isn't it?

The music is fun, vibrant, and perfectly complements the zany visuals. You cannot deny that!

I dare you to watch the movie and NOT have at least one song stuck in your head for the next week. Good luck!

The Message Is Actually Pretty Deep (Shhh!)

Beneath all the colorful bricks and silly jokes, there's a real message. It's about growing up and dealing with change.

It is about learning to appreciate different perspectives. It is a very good message indeed!

The sibling rivalry between Finn and Bianca mirrors the conflict in Bricksburg. It is pretty clever, isn't it?
