Famous In Love Season 1 Episode 5 Online

Okay, let's talk about something kinda controversial. Remember Famous In Love? Specifically, Season 1, Episode 5?
Yeah, that one. I just re-watched it. And I have thoughts. Unpopular thoughts, maybe. But thoughts nonetheless!
The Mystery of Episode 5
First of all, finding it online. Anyone else feel like it's a treasure hunt? It's like the episode is playing hide-and-seek. And it's winning.
Must Read
Seriously, streaming services change their lineups more often than I change my socks (okay, maybe not that often). But still! Finding it felt like an accomplishment.
Did I scour the internet? Perhaps. Was it worth it? Well...
Paige and Rainer: Still Confusing
Okay, Paige and Rainer. Let's be real. Were they ever not confusing? Their relationship was like a rollercoaster designed by a toddler. Just all over the place.
I get the "Hollywood drama" thing. I really do. But sometimes, it felt like they were dramatic just for the sake of being dramatic. Anyone else agree?

And the whole love triangle thing? Ugh. Just, ugh.
Jake's "Nice Guy" Act
Now, Jake. He was supposed to be the dependable one, right? The "nice guy." The friend we were all rooting for.
But even he had his moments. Moments where I just wanted to yell at the screen, "Stop being so passive-aggressive, Jake!"
Anyone else get that vibe? Or was it just me?

Tangey: The Underrated Queen
Can we all agree that Tangey was the real MVP of the show? She brought the sass, the realness, and the best one-liners.
Honestly, I was way more invested in her storylines than in the main love triangle. Sorry, not sorry!
She deserved her own spin-off. Someone make that happen, please!
My Unpopular Opinion
Here's the big one. The opinion that might get me cancelled. I didn't hate Famous In Love. Gasp!

I know, I know. It was cheesy. It was over-the-top. The plot was sometimes ridiculous. But it was also…fun. In a guilty-pleasure kind of way.
It was like watching a soap opera on steroids. And sometimes, that's exactly what I needed.
It was the perfect show to turn your brain off and just enjoy the pretty people and the ridiculous drama. Sue me!
Final Thoughts on Episode 5
So, Episode 5. Was it a masterpiece of television? Absolutely not. But was it entertaining? Yeah, it was. Kinda.

It was a perfect example of everything that was good and bad about Famous In Love. And honestly, I kinda miss it. Just a little.
Don't judge me! We all have our guilty pleasures. Famous In Love just happens to be one of mine.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go try and find a complete series box set. Wish me luck!
And seriously, Tangey deserved better.
Think Piece: It's trash, but it's our trash.
