Here's my potentially unpopular opinion: I'm not even that hyped anymore.
Hear me out! Xenoverse 2 is great. But it's... getting a little old.
It's like that one pair of comfortable jeans you love. You keep wearing them, even if they're starting to fade.
Don't get me wrong, I’ll still probably buy the Legendary Pack 2.
But I need something truly legendary to reignite the flame.
Characters, Stages, and Dreams
Who are we even expecting in this pack? Vegeta (GT)? Another version of Goku? (Surprise!)
Maybe some new stages? Somewhere other than the Tournament of Power arena, please!
My dream is a proper Dragon Ball GT revamp. But that's just me being nostalgic.
"Hurry up and release it already!" - Me, probably, tomorrow.
Seriously, I just want to know. Is it dropping next week? Next month? Next year?
The suspense is worse than waiting for Krillin to do something useful in a fight.
What Will Really Make it Legendary?
For me, it's not just about new characters. It's about gameplay improvements.
Fix some of the clunkiness! Improve the AI! Stop Yamcha from losing every single time!
And please, for the love of Kami, give us some decent customizable Super Souls.
Look, I'm not saying I'm completely over Xenoverse 2. It's a comfort game.
It's something to jump into when I just want to beat up some bad guys as my custom character.
But the Legendary Pack 2 needs to be more than just a simple DLC pack.
It needs to be a reason to fall in love with the game all over again.
It needs to be a Super Saiyan Blue-level of awesome.
The Waiting Game Continues...
So, until the official announcement drops, we're stuck waiting.
We're left to speculate, to dream, and to occasionally rage at the lack of information.
But hey, at least we have each other. Misery loves company, right?
And maybe, just maybe, when Legendary Pack 2 finally arrives, it'll all be worth it.
Or at least good enough to justify spending another few hours creating a ridiculous outfit for my character.
