Dragon Ball Super Super Hero Release Date In The Us

Okay, let's be real. The Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero release was a thing, right?

Seems like forever ago. Did anyone actually not get spoiled before seeing it?

Seriously, the internet's spoiler game is too strong.

I’m just gonna say it: the wait for the US release felt AGES long. Months!

Everyone online was talking about Gohan Beast and Orange Piccolo. I was trying to dodge spoilers like a Saiyan dodging energy blasts.

My unpopular opinion? International release dates should be simultaneous! No more torture.

The animation style was... different. Some loved it. Some, like me, needed some time to adjust.

But hey, new animation is interesting even if it is not my personal favorite.

The story was alright. It was a fun ride.

Piccolo getting some love? Yes, please!

He's always been the coolest Namekian, and now he's got a power-up to match.

Plus, he's basically Gohan's dad at this point. We all know it.

Gohan finally doing something? About time! He felt like a completely different character and it was exciting.

I liked the Gamma androids. They were cool villains. The whole Red Ribbon Army angle was interesting too.

Honestly, the biggest battle wasn't against Cell Max. It was against the release date anxiety.

Waiting for the movie while the rest of the world was already watching? That’s the real challenge.

It was like a real life version of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, but instead of getting stronger, you just got more stressed about spoilers.

Okay, don't @ me. I sometimes prefer the subbed version.

The original voice acting just hits different! No disrespect to the English voice actors, though. They're amazing.

But there's just something about hearing Masako Nozawa as Goku that feels right.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero? A fun movie. Worth the watch. Eventually, at least.

Maybe a bit too much hype, but hey, it's Dragon Ball. Hype is part of the package.

Just please, can we get simultaneous releases next time? My sanity depends on it.
