Dragon Ball Super Super Hero Cell Leak

Okay, let's be real. We all saw it coming. The Cell Max reveal in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero? Predictable, right?
Don't get me wrong, the movie was fun. Piccolo Orange? Peak character design, if you ask me.
But that big green bug? Kinda felt… forced.
Must Read
Cell Returns? Groundbreaking.
Seriously, Cell again? It's like the writers have a "villain comeback" bingo card. And "Cell" is the free space in the middle.
It’s not that Cell is a bad villain. He’s just… been done. To death. And then resurrected. Again.
I feel like I've seen him powered up at least 3 times.
A Little Too Much Fan Service?
Look, I get it. Fans love Cell. He's iconic. He's got that creepy, perfect form thing going on.
But sometimes, too much fan service can backfire. It feels less like creative storytelling and more like checking boxes.

And this time, they forgot to connect all the boxes. It's just felt there. Nothing related to the story.
Plus, let's be honest, Cell Max was basically just big and dumb. Not exactly the strategic genius we remember.
"He was like a giant, green, screaming toddler. Adorable in a monstrous, world-ending way, maybe?"
The Power-Up Problem
Dragon Ball is all about power-ups, sure. But it feels like we're hitting diminishing returns.
Gohan Beast? Awesome transformation! But also, where does it even fit in the power scale?
Everything is going above Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Kaioken Times 10. Are we still having fun?

Cell Max felt like another excuse to push characters to new, increasingly ridiculous levels.
I'm starting to feel exhausted.
More like... exhausted by the amount of potential, not the series itself.
My Unpopular Opinion: Time for New Villains!
I know, I know. I'm probably going to get flamed for this. But hear me out.
Dragon Ball has such a rich universe. Why are we constantly rehashing old enemies?

Bring on some fresh blood! Give us villains with complex motivations and unique powers.
Something that makes sense. Something that shakes up the formula. Something... new.
Stop relying on nostalgia and start building new legends!
Someone who's completely original. Not some recycled concept with a fresh paint job.
Maybe even a villain who isn't just trying to destroy the world? Just a thought.

Maybe they just want to open a really successful bakery. With killer bread.
I mean, that's not such a bad ambition right?
In Conclusion (or Should I Say, "Kaio-what?")
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero was enjoyable. I will defend Piccolo and Gohan until the end.
But the Cell situation? It felt like a missed opportunity.
Let's hope the next movie or series takes a bolder step. And leaves Cell where he belongs: in the history books (or whatever the Dragon Ball equivalent is).
