Let's be real: Cia wasn't exactly on everyone's "most anticipated character" list, was she? No offense to anyone who loves her! Really.

A Controversial Opinion (Maybe?)
I'm just going to say it. I think they could have picked a different character. Anyone else.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the effort. Adding new characters is always cool. But Cia? Did we really need another character who mostly stares intensely at things?
I mean, think of the possibilities! We could have had more variations of Goku! Okay, maybe not more Goku. But someone, anyone, else!

Look, I get it. Variety is the spice of life. And Dragon Ball Heroes is all about crazy what-ifs and character combinations. Still...
It's just, when you're grinding for hours, trying to get that perfect team, do you ever think: "You know what would really make this team shine? Cia!" I seriously doubt it.

The Animation Appreciation
Okay, I'll give them this: the animation for Cia's special moves is pretty slick. It's Dragon Ball. It’s always going to look flashy.
There's a certain... elegance to her attacks. All calculated and precise. It's just... is that what I want from a Dragon Ball game? Elegance?
I usually prefer screaming Saiyans charging at each other like angry bulls. But hey, to each their own.

So, yeah, that's my take on the Cia update. Maybe I'm being too harsh. Maybe she's secretly the most powerful character in the game. (Doubtful, but hey, stranger things have happened.)
