Disney Plus Won't Let Me Update Payment Method

Okay, real talk. Is it just me, or is Disney Plus actively trying to sabotage my streaming habits?
I'm trying to give them my money! My hard-earned, precious streaming dollars.
But nooooo. Disney Plus has decided updating my payment method is some sort of Herculean task.

Okay, I'm kidding (mostly). But the frustration is real.

Here’s my unpopular opinion: Updating a payment method should be easier than ordering pizza.

I mean, come on! I can order a pizza with pineapple (don't judge) via voice command, from my fridge, while wearing a onesie.
But changing my credit card on Disney Plus requires a PhD in Computer Science and a blood sacrifice to Mickey Mouse?
Am I Alone?
Tell me I'm not alone in this struggle.

Have you considered just cancelling your subscription and resorting to carrier pigeons for entertainment?

Eventually, after much clicking and grumbling, I usually manage to update my payment info. But the journey!
It's always a suspenseful thriller with unexpected plot twists. My payment got accepted! Or did it? To be continued!
Seriously, it needs to be easier!
Maybe Disney could take a page from the pizza-ordering playbook.

Or perhaps hire a payment portal sherpa to guide us through the treacherous terrain.
Until then, I'll just keep battling the system. And maybe stocking up on extra therapy.
Because watching Bluey is great, but the stress of paying for it? Not so much.
But hey, at least I can finally enjoy my favorite Disney shows (after conquering the payment beast).
