Death On The Nile 2020 Full Movie 123movies

Okay, let's talk about Death on the Nile (2022). Yes, the one everyone streamed… probably. And maybe pretended they loved.
I'm just going to say it. Is it just me, or was it… kinda boring? Don't @ me!
The Nile Ain't Flowing With Thrills?
Agatha Christie is a genius, we know. Hercule Poirot? Iconic. But did the movie capture that magic?
Must Read
I'm not so sure. Maybe it's because I already knew whodunit. Or maybe all that CGI sand just felt… off.
Anyone else find the love triangle a little… forced? I mean, sure, beautiful people on a boat. But the passion felt more like lukewarm river water.
Gorgeous Scenery, Sleepy Story?
Visually, the movie was stunning. Those costumes! That boat! Egypt looked amazing.
But stunning visuals don't always equal a gripping mystery. The plot felt… slow.

Like, molasses-in-January slow. I needed a shot of espresso mid-murder investigation.
And honestly, did we really need that much backstory for Poirot's mustache? It felt a little... extra. We get it, he loves his facial hair!
Armie Hammer... Need I Say More?
Let's not even get into the whole Armie Hammer situation. Awkward doesn't even begin to describe it.
It's hard to focus on a whodunit when you're subconsciously thinking about… well, you know. Maybe recasting would have helped?

Just a thought.
The Cast Was... There
The cast was certainly star-studded. Gal Gadot looked incredible, naturally.
But did anyone truly shine? I feel like everyone was just going through the motions.
Except maybe Sophie Okonedo. She brought some serious fire to her role! More of her, please.

123movies and the Streaming Era
Okay, so maybe I didn't watch it on 123movies (hypothetically, of course). But let's be real, everyone knows about those sites, right?
The point is, with so much content available, movies have to work harder to grab our attention. And Death on the Nile just didn't quite do it for me.
Is it an unpopular opinion? Maybe. But I'm standing by it. It’s not the worst movie ever, but it’s definitely not the best Agatha Christie adaptation either.
Give Me Suchet Any Day!
Give me David Suchet as Poirot any day of the week. Now that's a detective with passion and gravitas.

Those old TV adaptations? Pure gold. They knew how to build suspense.
Maybe I’m just old-fashioned. Or maybe, just maybe, the boat was a little too crowded, the plot a little too predictable, and the Nile a little too… still.
Don’t get me wrong, I still love a good murder mystery. But next time, I'm sticking with the classics. Or at least, a different boat.
So, what do you think? Am I totally off base? Or did anyone else find Death on the Nile a bit of a snoozefest?
Let me know! (But be nice, please.)
