Death In Paradise Series 11 Episode 3 Cast

Okay, let's talk Death In Paradise, Series 11, Episode 3. Specifically, the folks who graced our screens. It's like a little tropical who's who, isn't it?
The Guest Stars: A Caribbean Cocktail of Characters
First, we have Chelsea Edge as interior designer, Tabitha Brown. She seemed a bit too stylish to be hanging around Saint Marie, if you ask me. Did anyone else think she was hiding something from the start? I did.
Then there’s Ben Onwukwe playing Anthony Brown. Tabitha's older business partner. He’s giving off a "wise older gentleman" vibe, but appearances can be deceiving, right?
Must Read
The Not-So-Innocent Bystanders?
Don't forget Tamara Lawrance, stepping in as artist, Eleanor Beaumont. She's got that tortured artist look down pat. It's always the quiet ones, isn’t it?
Next up, Nicholas Bailey, portraying Arnold Finch. A shady art critic. To be honest, no art critic can be completely innocent, can they? He was clearly always gonna be the victim, wasn't he?

And finally, Nigel Hastings playing the gallery owner, Bertie Wickham. He felt like he'd just stepped out of a P.G. Wodehouse novel. What was going on there, really?
The Regulars: Our Island Dream Team
Of course, we can’t forget our beloved regulars. Ralf Little shining as DI Neville Parker. Our favourite allergy ridden, romantic detective. Bless him.
And the always amazing Joséphine Jobert, gracing us as DS Florence Cassell. She's the sensible one, trying to keep Neville from spontaneously combusting.

Tahj Miles bringing the charm as Officer Marlon Pryce. His comedic timing is always spot on. He is easily my favourite thing about the show.
Don Warrington is the legend Commissioner Selwyn Patterson. Always with a witty quip and a disapproving glance. Pure Gold.
And last but not least, the wonderful Elizabeth Bourgine shining as Catherine Bordey. The heart of Saint Marie. Everyone needs a Catherine in their life.

Unpopular Opinion Time!
Okay, here’s my controversial take. Did anyone else think the guest actors almost overshadowed the main cast in this episode? Not in a bad way, but they just had such strong personalities. Like, who are they all really hiding as people?
Maybe it's because the storyline was so focused on the art world. It drew out some great performances. A little murder mixed with a little bit of modern art. Good combination.
And another thing... was it just me, or did the killer seem a bit obvious this time around? I clocked them pretty early. Though, let’s be honest, I still enjoyed the journey. It's about the sun and sand anyway.

Final Thoughts: A Worthy Addition
All in all, the cast of Death In Paradise Series 11 Episode 3, were a great bunch. A great mix of talent and intrigue. Even if I did guess the ending. They gave us a classic episode.
It’s the kind of show that makes you want to quit your job and open a beach bar. Even if you know you’d probably burn to a crisp in the Saint Marie sun.
So, pour yourself a rum punch, settle in, and enjoy the sunshine and murder. It's what Death In Paradise is all about. I for one, can't wait for more!
