Look, I love Reddington. Who doesn't? James Spader is captivating. He's the reason many of us keep tuning in.
But even the most captivating characters need a good story. And let's be honest, the plot got a little tangled there for a while.
So, perhaps this delay is a blessing in disguise. A chance for the writers to regroup, rethink, and come back with a vengeance. With a new, compelling storyline. Please?
My unpopular opinion? I'd rather wait for a great season 9 than get a rushed, mediocre one. There. I said it.
