Attack On Titan Call Of Duty Skin

Okay, hear me out. I know, I know. A lot of folks groaned when Attack on Titan invaded Call of Duty. But…am I the only one who secretly loves it?
The Giant Question Mark
Seriously, why was this even a thing? Eldians running around shooting zombies and enemy operators? It sounds like a fever dream written after a triple espresso.
The aesthetic clash is undeniable. We go from gritty warfare to… well, titans. It's like mixing oil and water, or pineapple on pizza (controversial, I know!).
Must Read
But maybe that's why it works? The sheer unexpectedness of it all?
Mikasa Ackerman: Zombie Slayer
Let's be real. The Mikasa Ackerman skin is pretty darn cool. Slicing through hordes of zombies with her blades? Absolutely epic.
Running around Shipment as Levi? Finally, a way to truly unleash that pent-up aggression.

And don't even get me started on the finishing moves. Watching Levi absolutely wreck someone with his signature spin is pure entertainment.
Unpopular Opinion Incoming
Here's where I might lose some of you. I think the Attack on Titan crossover brought a much-needed dose of FUN to Call of Duty.
The game can get so serious sometimes, right? Constant meta-chasing, try-hard lobbies... it can be a bit much.
Suddenly, you have Armored Titans bunny hopping around the map! How can you not chuckle at that?

Beyond the Cringe
Okay, some of the emotes were a bit cringe. The awkward titan shuffle? Let's just pretend that never happened.
But the core concept? Actually kind of brilliant. It's a wild, silly, and completely unexpected collision of two very different universes.
Plus, it introduced a whole new audience to Attack on Titan. Think of all the new anime fans!

The Money Grab? Sure, But...
Of course, we all know it's a money grab. Activision wasn't exactly being charitable here.
But hey, if people are willing to pay for it (and they clearly were), who are we to judge?
Besides, those Attack on Titan themed weapons look pretty sweet. Don't lie, you wanted the blueprint.
The Verdict
So, yeah, I'm standing by my unpopular opinion. The Attack on Titan crossover in Call of Duty was…good! (Gasp!).

It was ridiculous, over-the-top, and completely out of place. But it was also a welcome distraction from the usual grind.
Maybe we need more weird crossovers like this. Imagine Spongebob Squarepants in Modern Warfare! Okay, maybe not. But you get the idea. Sometimes, a little bit of absurdity is exactly what a game needs.
Don't hate me. I still love a good, serious Call of Duty match. But a little bit of titan slaying now and then? It's good for the soul.
