Just don't be surprised if, like me, you find yourself craving a simple salad afterward.
What I Really Wanted to See
If I could rewrite the episode, I'd sneak in a little something different. Maybe a glimpse of Lyon's more diverse side.
A visit to a North African restaurant. Or a Vietnamese pho joint. Show the changing face of the city.
But hey, that's just my two cents. Maybe I'm asking too much.
Final Thoughts
Lyon is beautiful. French food is amazing. Anthony Bourdain was a legend.
But sometimes, even legends have episodes that don't quite hit the sweet spot (for me!).
