Better to cherish the memory of Angel Beats! as it is. A perfect, self-contained, tear-jerking masterpiece. Okay, maybe not perfect. But pretty darn close.

Netflix and the Endless Possibilities

Still, the dream of an Angel Beats! Season 2 on Netflix lingers. We check the "coming soon" section religiously. We refresh the page obsessively.

Netflix has revived other anime, right? Surely, they can sprinkle some of their streaming magic on Angel Beats! It's possible! (Maybe... Probably not... But a girl can dream!)

And if it did happen, I'd be first in line to watch it. Even if I secretly suspect it'll be a disappointment. Call me a hypocrite. I accept it.
