And Just Like That Episode 7 Review

Okay, Let's Talk About And Just Like That Episode 7.
So, another episode, another rollercoaster. Did anyone else feel like they needed a Xanax after watching? Just me? Probably not.
I'm going to say it. I think this episode was...fine. Just fine. And maybe that's an unpopular opinion.
Miranda, My Dear, What Are We Doing?
Look, I love Miranda. I really do. But this whole Che Diaz thing? I'm still not completely sold.
Must Read
The awkward conversations, the whirlwind romance... it feels a bit rushed, doesn't it? I need more depth, less "gaslighting karaoke," as some online are calling it.
I'm rooting for you, Miranda, but maybe pump the breaks a little bit?
Charlotte, The Eternal Optimist (Bless Her Heart)
Charlotte is still being Charlotte. Overly enthusiastic. Slightly out of touch. Always trying to make everyone happy.

Her storyline with Rock is definitely heartwarming. But sometimes I feel like I'm watching a Disney movie. Where's the grit?
Still, Charlotte's unwavering optimism is kind of endearing. Even if it's a little unrealistic.
Carrie and Aidan: Is This Really Happening (Again)?
Okay, I'm torn. Carrie and Aidan? Nostalgia is a powerful drug. We get it.

But can we really go back? Haven't we learned anything from the past?
I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop with Aidan. And I need to know about furniture under plastic covers from the start, not later.
Nia and Her Career Journey
Nia is the only character that makes total sense. Career versus personal life is the constant battle.

Her storyline feels more authentic. I am here for it and rooting for her success!
The Verdict?
Overall, episode 7 was a mixed bag. Some parts resonated, some parts felt forced. I still want to know what other character arcs are coming.
It felt like a bridge episode. Setting up storylines for the future. Hopefully, the future is more exciting.

But hey, at least we still have the fashion, right? And the overpriced apartments. We do get to see New York cityscapes.
I'm still holding out hope for a truly great episode. One that captures the magic of the original Sex and the City.
Maybe I'm asking too much. But a girl can dream, can't she?
Let me know what you thought in the comments! Are you loving the new season? Or are you feeling a bit...meh?
