It wasn't the worst episode. There, I said it!

The "Filler" Argument

Everyone seems to hate on this episode. They call it filler, pointless, and a waste of time. I get it. Sort of.

The main plot does stall. We're not exactly progressing towards world domination or anything. But is that always a bad thing?

Yes, it's a beach episode. And yes, every anime seems contractually obligated to have one. They all become so predictable.

But honestly, sometimes I just want some lighthearted fun. Is that too much to ask?

I mean, the over-the-top reactions and ridiculous situations? Kind of funny, right?

Let's be real, Akatsuki can be a bit... dense. He's not exactly winning any awards for emotional intelligence.

But that's part of his charm, isn't it? He's just trying to figure things out.

Watching him navigate these bizarre situations is strangely entertaining.

How Miu puts up with him is a constant source of wonder. She is extremely patient.

Seriously, someone give that girl a medal. Or at least a really nice vacation.

It's definitely present. No denying that. But it's not like the entire episode is just that.
