A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 12

Okay, Let's Talk About That A Million Little Things Episode...
Season 4, Episode 12. Remember it? It's called "Pledge Allegiance." I'm going to be honest, some of it felt a little...much.
Specifically, let's chat about Gary's storyline. He's always got something going on, doesn't he? This time, it involves a big, important decision.
The Pledge: To Do or Not To Do?
The whole pledge of allegiance debate felt strangely intense. It felt like a Very Special Episode, you know?
Must Read
Look, I get it. It's about patriotism. It's about what we believe. But sometimes, the drama is just a tad too heavy handed.
Maybe it's just me. Maybe I need more coffee. But the tension was palpable!
Maggie and Cam: Still Awkward?
Remember Maggie and Cam? The almost-couple? The maybe-couple?

Their interactions still felt a little forced. Like they were trying really hard to make it work. Bless their hearts!
I’m not saying they don’t have chemistry. It's just... a bit clunky? Anyone else agree?
Regina's Restaurant Woes
Poor Regina! Running a restaurant is tough enough. Then you throw in relationship drama and societal pressure. Yikes!

I always root for her. She’s so resilient and positive, even when things are a total mess. I admire that.
Her storyline is one of my favorites because it feels so real. Every small business owner can relate.
Eddie's Journey of...Healing?
Eddie's still on his journey, right? The journey of self-discovery and making amends. God bless him.
I'm happy he's working on himself. Growth is good! But sometimes it feels like he's taking baby steps. Snail pace steps!

I just want him to be genuinely happy and healthy. Is that too much to ask?
The Unpopular Opinion Alert!
Okay, here comes my unpopular opinion. Are you ready?
I think this episode leaned a little too hard into the angst. It felt like they were checking off a list of Very Important Issues.

Don't get me wrong, I love the show. But sometimes, I just want a little more lightheartedness. Less intense debates. Maybe some fun shenanigans?
Final Thoughts (and a Plea)
Overall, "Pledge Allegiance" had its moments. Some good, some… well, you know.
But I still love these characters. I’m invested in their lives. I want them to succeed (and find happiness!).
So, here's hoping for more laughs and less existential dread in the episodes to come. Pretty please, with a cherry on top? I'm looking at you, writers!
