First off, let's dive headfirst into the aftermath of Rome's incredibly vulnerable confession about his struggles with depression. Remember when he was thinking about taking his own life?

Well, it turns out that telling his dad, and then Regina, about it opened up some seriously complicated feelings. Like, unpack-your-bags-you're-staying-for-a-decade complicated feelings.

Regina, bless her heart, is struggling to process. Can you blame her? She loves Rome so much, but this is a lot to take in.

Gary's (Misguided?) Good Intentions

Then there's Gary, our lovable, occasionally clueless, friend. He found out about Rome's struggle, too.

He's trying to be supportive, obviously. But sometimes his "support" feels like he's trying to fix Rome with a wrench and some duct tape, you know?

We love Gary's heart, but sometimes he needs a little direction. A LOT of direction, if we're being honest.

Eddie's Road to Recovery - Literally!

And let's not forget Eddie! He's trying so hard to walk again and reconcile with Katherine!

He's like a tiny turtle, slowly but surely making his way across the finish line. Except the finish line is walking and not destroying his marriage, which is arguably harder.

It was so moving when he took some steps in front of Katherine. You could practically hear the collective sigh of relief from viewers everywhere!

Katherine's Dilemma

Speaking of Katherine, she's got a lot on her plate. Between supporting Eddie, working her tail off, and managing Theo, it's a wonder she's not drinking coffee intravenously.

And now, she's facing a major career opportunity! Talk about having to balance everything!

It’s like Katherine is juggling flaming chainsaws while riding a unicycle. I am really rooting for her!

Maggie and Jamie: A Complicated Connection

Oh, Maggie and Jamie... What are we going to do with you two? Their relationship is like a rollercoaster. Ups, downs, loop-de-loops of emotions!

They’re obviously so good for each other. But things got awkward fast.

Can they just get together already? Please, for the love of all that is romantic comedy!

All in all, episode 18 was quintessential A Million Little Things. It had us laughing, crying, and yelling at our TVs (in a good way, of course!).

It’s a beautiful reminder that life is messy, relationships are complicated, and we all need a good friend to lean on. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go rewatch it with a box of tissues... or maybe two.
